Bodegas Luzón kicks off the VII edition of the ‘Open Grape Harvest’ days on 15th September with a wide range of activities for the general public. In particular, the painting workshop using ink from the grape variety monastrell given by the artist from Jumilla Miguel Ángel Lozano, expert in his discipline, stands out for its originality.

The company is offering activities which range from the possibility of harvesting in family, being a winemaker for the day and taking part in an enogymkhana, as well as a Luzón wine party, which will take place on 3rd November. The days are finished off with the monographic “growing with wine” to get to know its evolution and with an open doors day, on 11th November to commemorate the European day of enotourism.

The number of people interested in getting inside the culture of wine and getting to know the history and the present of this Jumillan winery is ever increasing. Last year 30 per cent more people took part in the ‘Open Grape Harvest’ than the previous year. These good results encourage the company to offer more and more innovative enotourism activities.

Bodegas Luzon’s main objective is to preserve and expand wine culture by offering unique experiences for all visitors to the facilities, which are industrial heritage.  It is a modern and different company, full of energy, which combines the best of the past with an innovative character to make wines with a very pronounced personality.

To take part in any of the activities offered by the winery prior reservation is essential through the email address info@bodegasluzon.com or by telephone on 968 784 135.
