We have already said goodbye to 2019 to welcome a new year full of challenges and illusions. As we have finished the year, we can expect with total certainty that what the next twelve months will hold, will also leave us with a good feeling.

Looking back at 2019, we compile a series of achievements that have marked the year with relevance to the history of the winery.

Starting with our commitment to the environment and the fight against climate change, we have renewed our food and environmental safety certifications. This includes one of the most important certificates: Wineries for Climate Protection (WfCP), which accredits us as one of the 23 environmentally sustainable wineries in Spain of the more than 4,700 census.

As for our products, we have received large appointments several times. The last one, our Luzón Crianza Collection, considered one of the best red wines for its quality / price in the world, according to Wine Spectator.

The Wine Quality Contest D.O.P. Jumilla valued our Luzon Monastrell Collection thanks to its honorable mention, thus highlighting the quality of the Monastrell native variety wine.

The high scores of the Peñín Guide on eight of our wines, considering them excellent and with scores ranging from 90 to 92 points, is undoubtedly another great milestone for 2019 that we undoubtedly hope to repeat this 2020.

In 2019, one of the star launches and with great reception has been that of the new Alma de Luzón, leaving our cellar without stock in just three months since its release and with very good reviews that enhance the work done by all the Luzon Winery family, creating a renovated wine both outside and inside.

Our international work has also produced great results, landing in two new countries (Hungary and Finland) and adding our presence to 38 countries around the world today.

Your wine tourism visits to Bodegas Luzón implies a very high level of satisfaction, receiving around 8,000 visitors during 2019.

Looking forward to the new year, we will work to continue increasing our distribution both nationally and internationally, wishing to conquer new countries and regions while developing our work in the current ones.

We want to surprise you with new wines through new projects on them, in addition to continuing to attract your visits with new wine tourism activities that allow you to enjoy the wine culture.

Our commitment to the care of the environment does not stop, so we will work on new projects among which new ecological wines, the increase in the use of renewable energy and the implementation of parking in Bodegas Luzón for electric cars.

We started the year with the desire to face all these challenges and thanking everyone who is still at our side. Go for 2020!
