It is the power and expression of the goodness of the selection of the best fruit of small plots. In its elaboration and breeding conducted with care, selecting barrel to barrel, we obtain the synthesis of the best wine. Concentration and elegance in the search of wine that thrill, satisfy and deserve the memory of our land and climate.
The grapes are manually harvested in boxes of 10/15 kg of 50-year-old vineyards of the property, of low production and located at 650 meters of altitude. Transported to the winery with great care, is selected in table choosing the best grapes prior to wine-making and vinification.
The fermentation takes place in a period of 8 to 10 days, not exceeding the temperature of 28/30 ºC, the wine stays in contact with the skins in maceration, for a period between 15 and 20 days.
22 months of stay in new barrel, 60% French Oak and 40% American Oak.
