Vinification:

Modern wine, rich, powerful, sweet structure, fine to the touch, tasty. Conjugate the concentration with the expression of the best selected fruit.

The grapes are collected manually in boxes of 10/15 kg of vineyards of the property located at 650 meters of altitude. Conveyed to the winery with great care, it is selected on the table choosing the best grapes prior to wine-making and vinification.

The fermentation and subsequent maceration, according to the variety, in contact with the skins is carried out for a period of 15/20 days and temperature control not exceeding 28ºC
