After the selection of the best Tempranillo and Bobal grapes, we vinified separately the two varieties fermenting at 14ºC and later we added Moscato fresno must. It is mentioned in an isobaric deposit under temperature control at 16ºC until reaching a maximum of 2.5 bars of Pressure. Later it is bottled with natural residual sugar of the own Moscatel fresh must.
Ideal to take as appetizer and even to accompany fish, seafood, pasta, white meat and rice.
