At this point, we are all more or less adapted to the new situation. New security measures, more exhaustive hygiene, physical distancing and, of course, different ways of living it.

Guided visits to our winery were mandatorily canceled by everyone’s precaution last March. All the work we were developing to offer you, as we have always done, the best wine tourism in Bodegas Luzón, fell apart due to the current pandemic. Many of those activities, already planned, had to be canceled, like the activities we were preparing to celebrate Father’s Day together with you. Others, in which we work so lovingly throughout the year, have been canceled, such as the long-awaited Música Entre Vinos. An appointment that all of us will miss this year.

However, with the entry into phase 1 a few days ago in our region, we have begun to glimpse the hope that in the near future we can, again, open our doors wide. More than ever before, to welcome you with open arms and to let us continue to surprise you, which is perhaps, both through our wines, and with anything we do, what we like to do the most.

With that hope, at Bodegas Luzón, we have already got down to work to prepare the guided tours of our winery, as well as a multitude of activities so that you can continue enjoying the wine culture and our own history, which in part is also yours at Bodegas Luzón.

Guided visits of the winery and the vineyards

The best way to get to know our winery. Through our visits we discover the history and production of Bodegas Luzón wines. Whenever time permits (which tends to be almost always) we begin the visit in our vineyards, to go from there to our production room, our aging room, the sanctuary and the cathedral, to finish with a tasting where you can taste several of our most emblematic wines. Throughout the almost two-hour visit, visitors can get to know the ins and outs of one of the most historic wineries in the Jumilla Designation of Origin, which has been producing wines (almost) uninterruptedly since the mid-19th century.

These wine tourism visits at Bodegas Luzón are made daily, from Monday to Sunday. As soon as we activate the visits to the winery, you can make your reservation by phone 968 78 41 35 or by email writing to tour@bodegasluzon.com or through our form, currently disabled.

Premium visits

One of the visits that a large part of our visitors demanded of us was precisely that of being able to offer more exhaustive visits to the winery, in which not only get to know the most emblematic and unique corners of Bodegas Luzón, but also be able to do so in more visiting groups. reduced, in a paired tasting and visit focused on our most Premium wines.

We are currently preparing these visits, which we will launch as soon as we activate our reservation system again.

Open harvest

One of the most anticipated activities for wine tourists who come to visit us is undoubtedly Open Harvest.

Open Harvest opens the possibility of experiencing the harvest of Luzón wineries in a unique way. A cycle of activities that we carry out every year from September to December, designed for all kinds of audiences and ages and in which several activities always stand out:

Family Harvest: a perfect day to harvest with the little ones.

Growing up with wine: a workshop to learn about all the stages of making this product.

Winemaker for a day: for all those who want to learn to distinguish aromas and flavors between different coupage.

Enogymkana: a gymkana to enjoy a fun day with family or friends.

Music Between Wines

Despite the fact that this year it had to be canceled due to the Coronavirus, Music Between Wines (Música Entre Vinos) is one of the star activities of our winery, which also serves to welcome summer in a unique setting.

During the previous edition, which was a complete success, we started with a guided tour of our winery accompanied by a glass in hand. Once finished, we enjoyed together the band El Sótano del Doctor, with a repertoire of Spanish pop and rock classics from the 80s.

An appointment in which we already have our sights set on the year 2021 and in which we are looking forward to surprising you again.

Of course, we have many more surprises to offer you as soon as we can open our winery to visitors, but for this you will have to wait. Of course, there is less and less.
