Before becoming wine, grapes contain a story, a wealth of aromas, textures, and flavors that deserve to be discovered. We invite you to participate in a unique experience: a grape tasting, where you’ll learn to look, smell, touch, and taste the fruit that gives rise to wine.

Did you know that each grape variety has a different sensory profile? And that the balance between sugar, acidity, and tannins is defined long before it reaches the winery?

In this activity, you will learn:

• Recognize their state of maturity through sight, touch and taste;
• Understand how soil, climate and viticulture influence its characteristics;
• Relate the properties of the grape to the style of wine it will produce.

The tour begins at the vineyard, where we’ll discover the origin of our wines… then we’ll tour our winery and continue learning about the winemaking process…

We’ll end in our tasting room, where we’ll participate in a tasting session only available during harvest season. Your senses of sight, smell, and taste will be tested through a tasting of different types of grapes and wines made with those varieties. The goal will be to identify the flavors of the fruit in the wine…

This tour is aimed at wine tourists who want to deepen their knowledge of the different grape varieties while enjoying our wines.
