Mindoro, a 100% Viognier barrel-fermented white wine and Luzón Dulce, a sweet Sauvignon Blanc wine. Two wines full of nonconformity, atypical in Jumilla and with the quality and excellence that characterizes all our wines.

Mindoro, the path of gold

The path that enters into the earth in the form of a golden vein. Like the roots of the Viognier vine from which we extract the fruit of Mindoro. The shiny metal in this case in the form of a barrel fermented white wine, as unusual and unique as Murcia.

A wine that starts with a manual night harvest to avoid, thanks to the low temperatures, the start of unwanted fermentation, to perform a destemming upon arrival at the winery and from there, to steel tanks where it will begin its fermentation. When the grapes reach their optimum degree, is when the magic happens. The wine is then transferred to French oak barrels for 48 months, where it will complete its alcoholic fermentation, resting on its lees for a period of 6 months before fining and bottling.

A fresh, floral character with notes of pineapple on the nose. A surprising voluptuousness, creamy and an aftertaste that is long and enveloping in the mouth. You can discover more of our Mindoro in this link.

Luzón Dulce or the audacity

In the case of Luzón Dulce, it follows the path of audacity. To go against the current, to make a sweet Sauvignon Blanc wine in the land of the Monastrell. A sweet wine that begins its journey in a late harvest, where the fruits have achieved a higher concentration of sugar and maturity. After harvesting and destemming, the wine is transferred to steel tanks where it undergoes alcoholic fermentation for 12 days before being transferred to French oak barrels where it is aged for 8-10 months.

Vanilla, honey, orange peel and caramel is what we can first perceive in its complex aroma. Notes of orange blossom, that caramel that we notice in the nose, spices and pepper what we will discover in the mouth. You can learn more about our Luzon Dulce through this link.

Of course, two wines already available in specialized stores all over Spain, ready to draw a new horizon among our wines.
