Bodegas Luzón presents the new member of the wine family range Finca: Finca Luzón Blanco Semi-Dulce. This new wine offers a unique tasting experience by combining freshness and sweetness in every sip.

The meticulous winemaking process of Finca Luzón Blanco Semi-Dulce guarantees a perfect balance of flavors. The Macabeo and Airén grapes are carefully selected and after a delicate separation of the stems and a light pressing, the grape must is racked and clarified to ferment for 10 to 15 days at a controlled temperature of 10/ 16º C, in order to maintain the fullness of the fruit. When the wine reaches the desired sugar level, the fermentation process is stopped, lowering the temperature of the wine to below 8ºC to obtain a wine with exceptional propierties.
