So if this year you are thinking of surprising your beloved with something different, we bring you ideas to impress your love with a romantic paired dinner. Because it has always been known that the most direct way to get to the heart is through the stomach.

Luzón Colección Rosado

If your beloved likes fresh, fruity and light wines with a young and fun touch, we recommend you to choose our rosé, a 100% Monastrell made with grapes that maintain the fullness of the fruit.

In the glass you will see that it is a wine of a beautiful delicate pink salmon color, with expressive aromas reminiscent of red fruits such as cherries, cherries and flowers, with a very balanced palate without edges, refreshing acidity, medium body and delicate texture, with a sweet refreshing finish and flavors that linger on the palate reminiscent of cherry candies and jams.

Our rosé will be perfect to accompany cheese boards, especially if you opt for the most lactic and creamy varieties, as its refreshing acidity will clean your mouth between bites. Also salads, from the simplest to the most hearty, pasta dishes and rice dishes, such as risottos with which it makes an incomparable tandem. And if you are thinking of ‘proteins’, this wine will go perfectly with smoked salmon, fish in creamy lactic-based sauces and poultry dishes such as chicken, turkey, and even game such as partridge or quail.

Mina de Oro

If you and your sweetie are white wine lovers but you are looking for a more gastronomic option to accompany your romantic dinner, our 100% barrel-fermented Viognier is your wine. An unusual and surprising wine with which you will triumph.
